Subscription Policy

Eligible Vuzelo products may be purchased on a recurring subscription with a 15% discount and delivery every four weeks.

Recurring authorisation

By choosing a subscription and completing checkout, you authorise Vuzelo and its payment provider to charge the payment method shown at checkout for each renewal until cancellation.

Renewal amount and timing

The recurring amount, products, quantities and interval are displayed before checkout and in My Account. Taxes and shipping, when applicable, are calculated according to the order and delivery location.

Managing a subscription

Sign in to My Account to view available controls, or contact support. Available actions may include cancellation, reactivation and payment-method updates.

Cancellation deadline

Cancel before the next scheduled renewal begins processing. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.

Failed payments

A failed renewal may be retried according to the configured payment and subscription settings. We may send notices requesting updated payment information.

Changes

If subscription pricing or material terms change, notice will be provided when required before the change applies.
